Residential Commingled Recycling Program

MarBorg Industries has a comprehensive and easy to use household recycling program. All of the items recycled in this program can be commingled together in one container for your convenience. MarBorg Industries has many different container sizes to choose from, ranging from 35-gallons to 95-gallons.

Each household with trash service is entitled to up to 95-gallons of recycling service at no additional charge, so if you would like an extra container or a larger container to maximize your free service, please call us at 805-963-1852.

Junk Mail, All Books
Receipts (carbonless ok)
Shredded Paper & Paper Bags
Newspaper, Magazines & Catalogs
Cardboard & All Boxes (flattened)
Office Paper & Envelopes (all colors)
Molded Pulp Egg Cartons & Packaging

Metal

All Metal Items (paint & rust ok)
Steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminum
Copper, Lead & Brass
Mostly Metal Items with Some Plastic
Aluminum Foil & Pie Pans
Pots, Pans & Utensils
Car Parts, Pipes & Tools
Empty Paint & Aerosol Cans
Aluminum, Tin and Steel Cans

ALL PLASTIC MUST BE FREE OF FOOD
#1 - 7 Containers (any space)
Plastic Bags
Any Plastic Film
Plastic Cups, Lids, Utensils & Straws
Buckets, Household Items & Toys
All Solid Plastic Items (metal screws ok)
Nursery Flats & Pots
Pipe & Irrigation Hose

*Please note that now all plastics are recyclable, not just #1 & 2.
